  • Electrical Distribution System: The installation, powered by the ENEL meter with a 10 mm² main cable and 6 kW capacity, is managed by a central control unit that distributes to each apartment a 24-module electrical panel, complete with 40 A magnetic-thermal breaker, 32 A differential life-saving switch, and dedicated magnetic-thermal switches for individual circuits. Each unit features remote boiler control, manageable via app to optimize energy consumption.
  • Switch and Socket Installation: The installation of switches and sockets features components from BTicino’s LIVING series — renowned for combining aesthetics, safety, and functionality.
  • Plumbing System: Completed with grey pipe drainage using Wavin snap-fit system (Ø 125 mm for the main column, Ø 90 mm for sanitary fixtures, and Ø 40 mm for other utilities). Water supply utilizes Acquatecnik multilayer piping (Ø 20 mm from meter to control units, Ø 16 mm for utilities), with control units equipped with 7-outlet manifolds for cold water and 4 for hot water, each with ¾ inch shut-off valves. Heating and air conditioning will be managed through heat pumps with remote control, in accordance with modern energy efficiency standards.
  • Fixtures & Fittings: Selected brushed stainless steel tapware for washbasins, showers, and bidets, ensuring corrosion resistance, exceptional durability, and aesthetic elegance.
